Lauren Ash-Morgan, actress and member of SSC's board from 2011 is the co-founding artistic director of the new theater firm Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. She also served the SSC as producer as well as a costume/set design composer/music director, and text-coach while serving as Artistic Direction. While she was usually the leader of the acting ensemble during her last year, she made her debut as an actor (and the lighting design) with SSC's King Lear.
